Diaverum Braga clinic is seeking a Dialysis Support Worker to join a dedicated multidisciplinary team on-site. The role involves assisting nurses, preparing treatment rooms and supporting patients throughout their stay.

The successful candidate will maintain clean, organized equipment and supplies while ensuring a safe, welcoming environment. Ideal applicants have healthcare experience, a healthcare assistant qualification (preferred), and are able to work rotating shifts including mornings,

Qualificações

• Healthcare Assistant qualification or similar training preferred.
• Experience in healthcare settings.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts (mornings, afternoons and nights).
• Team-oriented mindset and strong communication.

Responsabilidades

• Support the nursing team in delivering patient care.
• Prepare and ensure proper conditions for treatment rooms and clinical activities.
• Assist and support patients throughout their time at the clinic.
• Ensure cleaning, disinfection and organisation of clinical equipment and materials.
• Replenish and manage clinical supplies and consumables.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe, welcoming and patient-centred environment.
