Inetum is seeking a DevSecOps Engineer to strengthen our CI/CD and Kubernetes platforms in a hybrid environment in Portugal. You will support development teams, implement automation, and drive continuous improvement across critical platforms.

The role requires deep expertise in CI/CD tools, Kubernetes, and security practices, with a strong focus on incident resolution and performance monitoring. Fluent English or French is preferred, in a dynamic, autonomous team setting.

Qualificações

• Minimum 6 years in DevOps/DevSecOps roles.
• Strong CI/CD experience with Jenkins, GitLab CI, and ArgoCD.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker and cloud-native platforms.
• Automation and scripting expertise: Bash, Ansible, AWX.
• Knowledge of security practices in CI/CD and container hardening.
• Excellent troubleshooting and incident management abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support for CI/CD and Kubernetes platforms.
• Assist dev teams in adopting DevSecOps tools and practices.
• Investigate and resolve incidents related to CI/CD and containers.
• Design and enhance automation across DevSecOps environments.
• Create templates and pipelines (Jenkins, Ansible) and maintain platforms.
• Maintain platform operations and continuous improvement KPIs.
• Monitor performance and deliver platform reporting.
• Collaborate with security, production, and partner teams to ensure stability.
