Wire IT, based in Portugal, is seeking a senior DevOps engineer to join a fast-moving, international team. The role focuses on building and deploying scalable software, automating processes, and maintaining robust cloud infrastructure.

You will work across Linux, Python, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, and IaC tools, contributing to decoupled architectures and CI/CD pipelines. Lisbon or Porto area with hybrid work options are available.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer or DevOps Engineer.
• Experience with decoupled/composable architectures.
• Strong experience in building, automating and deploying software to production.
• Hands-on experience with microservices architecture and infrastructure automation.
• Strong Linux Bash operations and scripting skills, including sed, awk and grep.
• Strong Python scripting skills.
• Solid experience with Git workflows.
• Experience with SQL databases.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong experience with AWS Cloud Infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI/CD.
• Experience with SSL/TLS certificate management.
• Experience with JFrog, ArgoCD, Helm, Kubernetes and Istio.
