Inetum is seeking a DevSecOps Engineer (French Speaker) to join our Lisbon-based team. You will own and optimize CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes clusters, and platform automation, working with cross-functional teams to drive reliability and security.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in DevOps/DevSecOps, expert CI/CD tooling experience, and fluent French (C1). You will contribute to incident resolution, automation, and platform improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• 6+ years in DevOps/DevSecOps roles.
• Expert in CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitLab CI, Artifactory, SonarQube, ArgoCD.
• Kubernetes, Docker, cloud-native platforms experience.
• Automation and scripting with Bash, Ansible, AWX.
• DevSecOps security practices incl. container hardening and vulnerability scanning.
• Strong incident management and technical documentation.
• Familiar with OWASP, ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, PCI-DSS, GDPR.
• Knowledge of Hexagonal Architecture, CQRS, Event Sourcing is a plus.
• Fluent French (C1) mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support for CI/CD and Kubernetes platforms and their users.
• Support development teams in the adoption and effective use of DevSecOps tools and practices.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents related to CI/CD and container orchestration platforms.
• Design, implement, and enhance automation across DevSecOps environments.
• Create and maintain technical templates, including Jenkins pipelines and Ansible playbooks.
• Ensure the operational maintenance and continuous improvement of CI/CD and Kubernetes platforms.
• Monitor platform performance and provide operational KPIs and reporting.
• Collaborate with Application, Production, Security, and external partner teams to ensure platform stability and service excellence.
