Inetum2 seeks a DevSecOps Engineer in Lisbon (Parque das Nações) to join our hybrid delivery teams. You will drive CI/CD, platform automation, and security practices across Kubernetes-based environments, supporting developers and operations with robust pipelines and templates.

You bring 6+ years in DevOps/DevSecOps, strong Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD, and container tooling, plus fluent French. Collaboration across security, prod and eng teams is essential to sustain high-availability platforms.

Qualificações

• Minimum 6 years of experience in DevOps/DevSecOps roles.
• Strong expertise in CI/CD technologies (Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD, SonarQube).
• Solid experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-native platforms.
• Proven automation and scripting skills (Bash, Ansible, AWX).
• Knowledge of software engineering best practices and security in CI/CD.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support for CI/CD and Kubernetes platforms and their users.

• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents related to CI/CD and container orchestration.

We are looking for a DevSecOps Engineer (French Speaker) with strong experience in CI/CD environments, Kubernetes, and platform automation. Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for CI/CD and Kubernetes platforms and their users.
• Support development teams in the adoption and effective use of DevSecOps tools and practices.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents related to CI/CD and container orchestration platforms.
• Design, implement, and enhance automation across DevSecOps environments.
• Create and maintain technical templates, including Jenkins pipelines and Ansible playbooks.
• Ensure the operational maintenance and continuous improvement of CI/CD and Kubernetes platforms.
• Monitor platform performance and provide operational KPIs and reporting.
• Collaborate with Application, Production, Security, and external partner teams to ensure platform stability and service excellence.

Minimum 6 years of experience in DevOps or DevSecOps roles.

Strong expertise in CI/CD technologies, including Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitLab, JFrog Artifactory, SonarQube, and ArgoCD .

Solid experience with Kubernetes, Docker, containerized environments, and cloud-native platforms .

Proven experience with automation and scripting , particularly Bash, Ansible, and AWX .

Strong knowledge of CI/CD platform administration, monitoring, support, and Kubernetes cluster management.

Experience implementing DevSecOps security practices , including container hardening, privilege management, vulnerability scanning, and remediation.

Excellent troubleshooting, incident management, and technical documentation skills.

Knowledge of software engineering best practices, including Clean Code, Design Patterns, and Software Craftsmanship .

Familiarity with cybersecurity standards and frameworks such as OWASP, ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, PCI-DSS, and GDPR .

Understanding of modern software architecture concepts such as Hexagonal Architecture, CQRS, and Event Sourcing is a plus.

Fluent French (C1 level) is mandatory.

Workplace type: Hybrid (50% onsite, 50% remote).
