OpenTalent is seeking a DevSecOps Engineer (French Speaker) to own and optimize CI/CD and Kubernetes platforms in a fast-paced environment. You will design automation, implement templates, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure platform stability and security.

The role requires 6+ years in DevOps/DevSecOps, deep Jenkins/GitLab/ArgoCD expertise, and strong scripting skills in Bash and Ansible.

Qualificações

• Minimum 6 years of experience in DevOps or DevSecOps roles.
• Strong expertise in CI/CD technologies, including Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitLab, JFrog Artifactory, SonarQube, and ArgoCD.
• Solid experience with Kubernetes, Docker, containerized environments, and cloud-native platforms.
• Proven experience with automation and scripting, particularly Bash, Ansible, and AWX.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD platform administration, monitoring, support, and Kubernetes cluster management.
• Experience implementing DevSecOps security practices, including container hardening, privilege management, vulnerability scanning, and remediation.
• Excellent troubleshooting, incident management, and technical documentation skills.
• Knowledge of software engineering best practices, including Clean Code, Design Patterns, and Software Craftsmanship.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity standards and frameworks such as OWASP, ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, PCI-DSS, and GDPR.
• Understanding of modern software architecture concepts such as Hexagonal Architecture, CQRS, and Event Sourcing is a plus.
• Fluent French (C1 level) is mandatory.
