Capgemini Engineering приглашает специалистов DevOps/Cloud Engineering. Ваша задача — проектировать и поддерживать конвейеры CI/CD, внедрять GitOps практики и управлять Azure инфраструктурой (AKS, сеть, хранилища). Опыт Terraform, Vault и мониторинга обязателен.

Работа в гибридном формате, с участием международных команд, возможность роста и сертификаций. Ожидается владение английским языком на уровне не ниже B2.

Qualificações

• Опыт разработки и поддержки CI/CD конвейеров.
• Знание GitOps практик и инструментов Argo CD/Flux CD.
• Опыт работы с Docker, Kubernetes и AKS.
• Опыт работы в облаке Azure, включая хранилище и сеть.

• Опыт мониторинга, логирования и инцидент-менеджмента.
• Знакомство с HashiCorp Vault для секретов.

Задачи:

• Design, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Git-based ecosystems and automation tools such as GitHub Actions and GitLab.
• Implement and manage GitOps practices using tools such as Argo CD or Flux CD, including Helm-based deployments.
• Manage and optimize Microsoft Azure infrastructure, including Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), storage, and networking components.
• Define, provision, and maintain infrastructure using Terraform and other infrastructure automation tools.
• Manage containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes, ensuring platform scalability, availability, and resilience.
• Implement and improve monitoring, alerting, and logging capabilities to enhance system observability and operational performance.
• Integrate security best practices into development and deployment workflows, including secrets management solutions such as HashiCorp Vault.
• Manage and optimize artifact repositories and package management solutions, such as JFrog Artifactory and NuGet.
• Contribute to performance, load, and stress testing to ensure system reliability and scalability.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment issues, support incident resolution, and help maintain production stability.
• Work closely with backend and mobile engineering teams to streamline software delivery and improve development workflows.
• Identify and implement opportunities to leverage AI in CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure management, troubleshooting, and platform automation.

Требования:

• Professional experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or a related role.
• Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, GitOps practices, and deployment automation.
• Proven expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.
• Strong experience with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure, including AKS, storage, and networking.
• Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), particularly Terraform.
• Familiarity with monitoring, logging, alerting, observability, and incident management practices.
• Experience with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or similar automation tools.
• Knowledge of Helm and GitOps tools such as Argo CD or Flux CD.
• Experience with secrets management solutions, such as HashiCorp Vault, and artifact repositories such as Artifactory or NuGet.
• Understanding of distributed systems, APIs, and backend architectures.
• Experience with integration testing and performance, load, or stress testing strategies.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• A proactive mindset and demonstrated interest in integrating AI into DevOps processes and platform engineering practices.
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within multicultural teams.
• English proficiency at B2 level or above.
