Job summary

Capgemini Engineering in Lisbon, Portugal, is seeking a DevOps/Platform Engineer to design, implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows. You will manage deployments, Kubernetes/OpenShift administration, and IaC automation for scalable, secure platforms.

The role requires hands-on experience with GitLab/Jenkins/GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Terraform, Ansible, and Helm, plus scripting skills. Hybrid work model and international project exposure await the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines across GitLab, Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
• Experience with GitOps workflows using ArgoCD.
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and Red Hat OpenShift administration.
• Experience with Terraform and Ansible for IaC and configuration management.
• Proficiency with Helm and Kubernetes application deployment practices.
• Automation and scripting skills (Bash, Python, PowerShell).
• Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.

YOUR ROLE

• Solid knowledge of Kubernetes and Red Hat OpenShift administration.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and configuration management (Ansible).
• Proficiency in Helm and Kubernetes application deployment practices.
• Strong automation and scripting skills (e.g., Bash, Python, PowerShell).
