PrimeIT is seeking a Junior Business Analyst to join our team on a hybrid basis in Lisbon or Porto. You will admin referential data, ensure data quality, support end users and stakeholders, and monitor production data processes.

English proficiency is mandatory, and you will collaborate with multiple entities to implement new features in Production and go-live stages. Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with data cleaning, data quality controls, and strong analytical skills to inform

We are looking for a Junior Business Analyst for this project! What are we looking for?

Main Tasks:

• Administrate the referential (data creation & modification, parameters management)
• Control the consistency of data input by the customers and different entities
• Ensure end user support and resolve production and accesses issues;
• Monitor data sourcing, perform analysis of rejected data, inform stakeholders and customers;
• Inspect and control updates of sensitive data and operate in place of customers;
• Follow-up on production support, incident management, and prepare reporting
• Involve all relevant stakeholders in the process of definition and validation of any new requirement, assessing all potential impacts.
• Ensure the implementation of the new features and changes in Production environment.
• Follow the go live process, compare the impacts towards expectations and propose adjustments when needed.
• Monitor data sourcing, perform analysis of rejected data, inform stakeholders and customers
• Control the consistency of data input by the customers and different entities
• Ensure end-user support and resolve production issues.
