PrimeIT in Lisbon is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the implementation of a strategic digital platform for Investment Banking, with emphasis on AI-driven features and automation.

The role ensures alignment between business objectives and technology solutions, driving end-to-end delivery and governance across a hybrid work setup in Lisbon, Portugal. English is mandatory.

Qualificações

• Proven experience as a Project Manager.
• Strong experience delivering digital transformation or platform implementation projects.
• Experience with AI, automation, or data-driven solutions is highly desirable.
• Solid understanding of Investment Banking processes (front-to-back).
• Strong business analysis skills, including requirements gathering and business case development.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic digital platform initiatives from planning to execution and post-implementation.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with business and IT stakeholders.

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager for this project! What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the implementation of a strategic digital platform supporting Investment Banking activities. This role will be instrumental in driving transformation initiatives, including the integration of AI-driven features and automation capabilities, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technology solutions.

Main Tasks

• Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic digital platform initiatives, from planning to execution and post-implementation.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with business and IT stakeholders.
• Establish and manage detailed project plans, ensuring milestones, dependencies, and risks are clearly tracked.
• Drive execution across multiple workstreams, ensuring coordination between business, IT, and external vendors.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Lead the implementation phase of a digital platform supporting Investment Banking processes (e.g., front-to-back operations).
• Coordinate the rollout of new features, including AI-driven functionalities and automation solutions.
• Oversee system integration activities, ensuring seamless interaction with existing banking systems and data platforms.
• Support change management activities to ensure successful adoption of new tools and processes.
• Collaborate with technical teams to integrate AI and automation features into business workflows.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through intelligent automation and data-driven solutions.
• Ensure that AI use cases are aligned with business value, regulatory requirements, and operational constraints.
• Prepare and present business cases to support technology investments and transformation initiatives.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Conduct cost-benefit analysis, ROI assessments, and impact evaluations for proposed solutions.
• Define and track KPIs to measure project success and business value realization.
• Act as the main point of contact for senior stakeholders across Investment Banking, IT, and operations.
• Facilitate workshops, steering committees, and governance meetings.
• Ensure clear communication of project status, risks, and key decisions to stakeholders and leadership.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
• Ensure compliance with internal governance, regulatory requirements, and security standards.
• Maintain proper project documentation, reporting, and audit trails.

Technical skil

• Proven experience as a Project Manager
• Strong experience delivering digital transformation or platform implementation projects.
• Experience working with AI, automation, or data-driven solutions is highly desirable.
• Solid understanding of Investment Banking processes (front-to-back).

Salary Package & Benefits: €1,500 to €3,500 (salary base) + Food Allowance + Flex Benefits
