PrimeIT in Portugal seeks a Cybersecurity Officer for a hybrid role in Lisbon or Porto. You will monitor delivery milestones, risks, and dependencies for in-scope entities and serve as the main contact for assigned scopes with Project Managers.

You will collect maturity evidence, support cyber-framework alignment, coordinate committees, and track remediation with stakeholders at different levels. English is mandatory.

Qualificações

• Cybersecurity knowledge across domains and program management.
• Regulatory standards applicable to cybersecurity.
• Ability to verify operations, challenge evidence and ensure procedures are followed.
• Understanding of IT processes, assets and solutions.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint for data manipulation and executive presentation.
• Experience with SharePoint administration and data management.

Responsabilidades

• Support program and project steering by monitoring delivery, milestones, risks and dependencies; escalate alerts.
• Document project activities: plans, status reports, risk analyses and recommendations.
• Prepare and coordinate committees (OpCo, Panorama): schedule, materials, minutes and action tracking with stakeholders at different levels.
• Act as dedicated point of contact for assigned scopes; weekly project monitoring with Project Managers and stakeholders.
• Collect and assess evidence of cyber compliance; formalize maturity for Group reviewer.

We are looking for a Cybersecurity Officer for this project! What are we looking for

?
Main Task

• s:Support program and projects steering: monitor the delivery, milestones, risks and dependencies for in-scope entities. Escalate alerts and attention point
• s.Document projects activities: plans, status reports, risk analyses and reasoned positions supporting program decision
• s.Prepare and coordinate committees (OpCo, Panorama): prepare schedule, materials, minutes and action tracking, with stakeholders at different management level
• s.Act as dedicated point of contact for assigned scopes (project, business line etc.): weekly project monitoring with Project Managers, communication with internal and external stakeholder
• s.Collect and challenge maturity evidence: collect and assess evidence of compliance to cyber-requirement through projects / BAU. Formalize and demonstrate maturity to Group reviewer
• s.Support Cyber-framework alignment: develop relation with Group reviewers and organize pre-submission alignment on disputed or ambiguous cyber-requirements, document the position with rationale, and track remediation of group’s challenges to closur
• e.Reporting improvement: define standard operational success indicators on followed scope or propose improvement to existing ones, define and validate target with the program management, organize periodic review and propose action plan / roadmap to achieve the objectiv
• esIdentify and prioritize automation opportunities across the program processes: evidence collection, campaign tracking, committee reporting, minutes production and status consolidatio
• n.Reduce manual effort and single-person dependencies by using standardized inputs, templates and reporting pipelines across territories and cycle
