PrimeIT is seeking a Transversal Account Office to support project delivery by handling client inquiries and requests with precision. You will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups while monitoring risks and building KPIs to enhance the client experience.

The role involves preparing daily and monthly management reports and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to maintain service quality. Hybrid work setup in Lisbon, English mandatory.

Qualificações

• Experience in handling client inquiries with accuracy and timeliness.
• Ability to act as first point of contact for clients and internal teams.
• Track record of building KPIs and improving client experience.
• Experience in risk identification, assessment and monitoring within financial operations.

We are looking for a Transversal Account Office for this project!

What are we looking for?

Main Tasks:

• Ensure that all clients (internal and external) related issues, queries and request are addressed in an efficient, accurate and timely manner
• First point of contact for all client queries and requests
• Follow up of pending client queries and requests closely
• Identify, assess, monitor and control the risks of the activity
• Build KPIs and improve client experience
• Prepare and send daily/monthly management reports

Technical skills:

• Banking and Financial Operations
• Microsoft Office Pack (MS Excel and MS Powerpoint)
• Operations and Processes - Clearing

Location

Hybrid in Lisbon (Portugal)

Language

English is mandatory

Salary Package & Benefits: €920 to €1,500 (salary base) + Food Allowance + Flex Benefits
