Colgate-Palmolive is seeking an Oral Care Consultant for the Coimbra area in Aveiro, PT. The role involves detailing Colgate products to dental professionals, managing visits via CRM, and building strong professional relationships to drive recommendations.

Requirements include a bachelor degree in business, marketing, dentistry, or pharmacy, plus at least 1 year of in-market sales experience. Portuguese is required; driving license mandatory. Hybrid work supported.

Qualificações

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Dentist, Pharmacy or other similar.
• Required at least 1 year of experience in-market/in-field sales/dental or pharmacy experience.
• Portuguese is required; high English level is preferred.
• Driving license (mandatory)

Responsabilidades

• Detail Colgate products and clinical evidence to a number of professionals according to company strategy and objectives.
• Implement Colgate Triple Win techniques to ensure the efficacy of every visit and maximize results in gaining recommendation.
• Carry out the activities planned by Colgate to gain professionals' recommendation (samples delivery, L&L, prove it).
• Manage and report visits through the Colgate CRM tool.
• Maintain updated professional data, visits and activities with them in the system.
• Report Adverse Events gathering required info from professionals, following SOP.
• Develop professional relationships with dental practitioners and staff and hospital teams when relevant.
• Develop in-depth knowledge on each dental office account and account strategies.
• Classify and optimize the number of dental offices contacted in the assigned territory using CRM C4C.
• Influence dental practitioners to use, display and recommend Colgate products.
• Update CRM databases with account contact information, activities, and feedback.
• Understand competitor products and ethically convert accounts to Colgate technologies.
• Represent Colgate at dental conventions and expand professional networking opportunities.
