Based in Lisbon's Baixa district, this luxury hotel seeks a proactive chef with culinary training and experience in high-end hospitality. You will mentor junior staff, uphold HACCP, and contribute to memorable dining experiences for guests.

Qualificações

• Culinary diploma or equivalent professional training and experience.
• Experience as a Demi Chef de Partie, Cook, or similar in a quality hotel or restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety standards and kitchen operations.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
