Your mission

Lead the development and industrialization of new products at the factory, from concept to mass production, ensuring technical feasibility, quality standards, and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Support Product Engineer in the development/design of new products
• Contribute to the product transfer process into production (study phase).
• Responsible to optimize existent products for European production, collaborating with Product engineer, production and quality teams.
• Create and review 3D models and technical drawings using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
• Conduct technical analysis of materials and manufacturing processes to ensure production feasibility.
• Support prototype development and product validation testing.
• Assist in product industrialization, including process definition, technical specifications and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with technical standards and applicable regulations.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in product development and launch processes.

Your profile
