Jobylon AB in Lisbon seeks a Delivery Organiser to coordinate daily transport and delivery operations, process customer orders and ensure on-time delivery at optimal cost. You will allocate orders to service centres, liaise with depots and carriers, and monitor execution to meet customer requirements.

Do you enjoy coordinating transport operations, solving day-to-day challenges and making sure customers receive the right service at the right time and cost?

The role

As a Delivery Organiser, you will play an important role in the daily coordination of our transport and delivery operations. You will process and follow up customer orders, organise transport and ensure that deliveries are executed on time, in line with customer requirements and at the best possible transport cost.

You will allocate orders to the appropriate service centres, coordinate with depots and transport partners, and closely monitor the execution of each order. When operational challenges arise, such as pallet availability, customer refusals or changes in delivery requirements, you will work with the relevant teams to find the right solution.

You are organised, analytical and able to manage different priorities in a fast-moving operational environment. You communicate clearly, remain calm under pressure and take ownership of your responsibilities. You are also flexible and solution-oriented, with the ability to collaborate effectively with customers, colleagues, depots and transport partners.

Further:

• You preferably have vocational training or a relevant educational background.


• You have experience in transport and/or logistics.


• You have strong planning, organisational skills & comfortable negotiating and working with transport suppliers.


• You have good analytical and commercial awareness, with attention to both service and cost.


• You communicate effectively in the local language; a good level of English is a plus.


• You are comfortable working with Excel and operational systems; experience with SAP is an advantage.


• You are flexible
