Job summary

Euro Pool Group in Lisbon is seeking a Delivery Organiser to coordinate daily transport and delivery operations, process orders, allocate them to service centres and monitor execution to meet customer requirements at optimal cost.

You will collaborate with depots, carriers and internal teams to resolve issues such as pallet availability or delivery changes, ensuring on-time performance and cost efficiency for customers.

The role

As a Delivery Organiser, you will play an important role in the daily coordination of our transport and delivery operations. You will process and follow up customer orders, organise transport and ensure that deliveries are executed on time, in line with customer requirements and at the best possible transport cost.

You will allocate orders to the appropriate service centres, coordinate with depots and transport partners, and closely monitor the execution of each order. When operational challenges arise, such as pallet availability, customer refusals or changes in delivery requirements, you will work with the relevant teams to find the right solution.
