Job summary

iLoF in Portugal is seeking a Talent Acquisition & Operations Specialist for a hybrid, part-time role focused on recruiting for a multi-country team in photonics, AI/ML, regulatory, clinical, and BD, plus operations duties. You will run full-cycle recruitment, proactively headhunt passive candidates, build pipelines, conduct structured interviews, manage procurement platforms, invoicing, and general admin.

Experience with AI tools and sourcing in a startup environment will help you excel.

Qualifications

• Proactively source and headhunt passive candidates for hard-to-fill roles.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines and market maps for priority hiring areas.
• Run structured, candidate-friendly interview processes in collaboration with hiring managers.
• Manage procurement platforms for lab consumables, equipment, and office supplies.

Responsibilities

• Run full-cycle recruitment for open roles across science, engineering, regulatory, clinical, and business functions.
• Coordinate administrative tasks to support scale across Portugal and UK teams.
• Use AI tools to improve sourcing, screening, and outreach efficiency.
• Represent iLoF's culture and mission to candidates to attract top talent.
