The role blends headhunting, recruiting coordination, and general operations, including procurement and invoicing. You will work with AI tools in sourcing, screening, and outreach, and engage with cross-country teams in Portugal and the UK.

Qualifications

• Ability to source passive candidates and build pipelines.
• Proficient in coordinating operations, procurement and admin tasks.

Responsibilities
