Hexa Consulting is seeking a SQL Server Database Administrator to support complex database platforms in the telecom sector. The role is mostly remote, based in Lisbon or Porto, focused on reliable operations and continuous improvement of critical database environments.

The candidate will manage MS SQL Server environments, perform performance tuning, monitor incidents, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high availability and efficient recovery processes.

Qualificações

• Mid-level experience in SQL Server database administration.
• Ability to work autonomously in complex production environments.
• Strong analytical approach to performance, troubleshooting and monitoring.
• Professional working proficiency in Portuguese.

Responsabilidades

• Administer SQL Server databases across system and application environments with high operational complexity.
• Analyze database performance and implement tuning activities across infrastructure and application layers.
• Diagnose, analyze and monitor operational issues affecting database availability, stability and performance.
• Support backup and recovery processes using established enterprise tooling.

We are looking for a SQL Server Database Administrator to support complex database platforms in the telecommunications sector. WHAT YOU WILL DO

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Mid-level professional experience in SQL Server database administration.
• Proven ability to work autonomously in complex production environments.

• Availability to start within a maximum notice period of 30 days.
