Stadler Digital Labs in Lisbon is seeking a Data Warehouse Engineer to design and maintain semantic models and data pipelines using SAP Datasphere and related SAP tools.

You will collaborate with data engineers and business stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, governance, and scalable analytics, focusing on SAP Datasphere, SAC, and SAP Cloud Connector.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of proven experience in SAP BW, SAP HANA, or equivalent enterprise data environments.
• Proficiency in SQL, ETL processes, and multidimensional data warehousing.
• Familiarity with SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and SAP Cloud Connector.
• Understanding of Finance, Supply Chain, or HR domains.

Responsabilidades

• Data Modeling: Create and maintain semantic models, fact and dimension tables, and analytical data layers using business layers.
• Data Integration: Build and manage data and replication flows to extract, transform, and harmonize data from SAP (S/4HANA, BW) and non-SAP sources.
• Performance Optimization: Tune query performance, optimize data pipelines, and implement calculations and hierarchies.
• Collaboration: Partner with enterprise architects, data engineers, and business stakeholders to align models with functional needs.
• Security & Governance: Implement access controls, data security, and governance best practices within the SAP BTP environment.

Key Responsibilities

Which brings us to you, the person with:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent practical experience
• 3+ years of proven experience in SAP BW, SAP HANA, or equivalent enterprise data environments.
• Proficiency in SQL, ETL processes, and multidimensional data warehousing.
• Familiarity with SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and SAP Cloud Connector.
• Understanding of enterprise domains such as Finance, Supply Chain, or HR.
• Ability to produce technical documentation and foster knowledge sharing within and across teams.
• Able to collaborate with developers and review technical solutions for quality and consistency.
• Passionate and driven, curious and willing to share your knowledge, but also learn with others - regardless of their background, tenure or seniority.
• Demonstrates awareness of AI trends (including agentic AI), with curiosity and motivation to explore how they can enhance products, processes, or ways of working;
• Shows a learning mindset toward emerging technologies and an openness to experiment, adapt, and continuously upskill in an AI‑enabled environment.
