GlaxoSmithKline in Portugal is seeking a Data Scientist to strengthen internal capability in data, advanced analytics and AI, translating complex information into actionable insights and scalable solutions that improve decision-making and commercial effectiveness.

You will collaborate with Commercial, Medical, Finance and Business Excellence teams to identify high-value use cases, develop automated dashboards and analytics workflows, and accelerate adoption of data-driven ways of working across

Qualificações

• Strong proficiency in analytical programming and data manipulation using Python and/or R and SQL.
• Experience with descriptive, predictive and prescriptive analytics, machine learning and statistical modelling.
• Ability to develop automated reporting, dashboards and scalable analytical workflows.
• Knowledge of data quality, governance, privacy, and responsible use of AI.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the development and deployment of analytics, AI and data science solutions.
• Translate findings into clear recommendations to improve commercial performance.
• Partner with Commercial, Medical, Finance and Business Excellence teams to identify AI use cases.
• Drive adoption of AI capabilities and data-driven ways of working across the organisation.
• Develop and automate dashboards and analytical tools to speed decision-making.
• Support omnichannel strategy through customer analytics and engagement measurement.
