GSK is seeking a Data Scientist to strengthen Portugal's data capability, turning complex data into actionable insights and scalable AI-powered solutions. The role blends technical expertise with business understanding across Commercial, Medical, Finance and Business Excellence teams in a regulated environment.

You will lead analytics initiatives, develop dashboards and automate reporting to enhance decision-making and commercial effectiveness, while ensuring data governance and responsible AI

Qualificações

• Strong proficiency in analytical programming and data manipulation using Python and/or R and SQL.
• Experience with descriptive, predictive and prescriptive analytics and ML modelling.
• Ability to develop automated reporting, dashboards and scalable workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development and deployment of advanced analytics, AI, and data science solutions.
• Translate complex data findings into clear recommendations to improve performance.
• Partner with Commercial, Medical, Finance and Business Excellence teams to shape high-value use cases.
• Drive adoption of AI-enabled capabilities and data-driven ways of working.
• Develop and automate dashboards, reports and analytical tools.
• Support omnichannel strategy through customer analytics and engagement measurement.
• Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve data governance.
