Capgemini is seeking a Mid-Senior Data Scientist to join our Portugal team. You will design and govern biomedical data models, build robust data pipelines, and drive knowledge graph development across life sciences projects.

Leverage ML and Gen AI to extract insights at scale while ensuring data quality and FAIR principles. Strong communication with scientific and engineering stakeholders is essential.

Qualificações

• MSc/PhD in Bioinformatics, Biomedical Engineering, molecular/cell biology, neuroscience or related field.
• Excellent stakeholder management across scientific, engineering and product teams.
• Data modelling and harmonisation across complex biomedical domains with provenance.
• Strong Python and SQL for building data pipelines and analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Design and govern biomedical data models and ontology alignment.
• Build data pipelines in Python/SQL and validate scientific workflows.
• Develop and enrich knowledge graphs connecting biomedical entities.
• Apply ML and GenAI to extract insights from scientific data.
