Amgen Capability Center Portugal in Lisbon is seeking a Data Business Analyst to drive data analysis, collaborate with product teams, and translate business needs into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.

You will work with AWS, Databricks, Redshift, S3, and data pipelines to support decision-making, backlogs, and product roadmaps, while ensuring clear documentation and traceability.

Qualificações

• Minimum eight years of data analytics experience with a high school diploma or GED, or six years with an Associate's Degree, or two years with a Bachelor's Degree, or a Master’s Degree.
• Experience gathering, documenting, and translating business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements.
• Proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to manage data analysis activities and align with product and engineering objectives.
• Gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements with clear acceptance criteria.
• Write User Stories and supporting documentation for delivery teams and stakeholders.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to backlog refinement and PI planning.
• Develop data models and product documentation accessible to AI models.
• Execute ETL jobs and assist with data quality investigations.
