Metyis AG is seeking a Data Engineering Lead to join our Global Data and Analytics team at the Porto Digital Campus. You will drive end-to-end data pipelines, guide architectural decisions, and mentor a cross-functional team across data engineering, analytics and development.

You will work with Azure, Spark, Python and modern data tools to deliver data lakes, dashboards, and data-driven products for premium clients, collaborating closely with stakeholders and delivering measurable impact.

Qualificações

• 5-8 years in a senior data engineering/lead role.
• Experience ETL/ELT design on cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Strong data warehousing concepts and modern architectures.
• Experience with cloud-based data pipelines and analytics.
• Proven people management and stakeholder communication skills.
• Autonomy in delivering end-to-end data solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the technical roadmap for client data platforms and analytics.
• Oversee architecture ensuring cohesive integration of components.
• Develop data pipelines and data products with the team.
• Collaborate with data scientists on lifecycle of data assets.
• Coach and grow a growing international team.
• Deliver scalable data platforms and dashboards with insights.
