Volkswagen Group Digital Solutions [Portugal] seeks a hands-on Product Owner who can also act as a Data Scientist, translating business needs into data-driven solutions, managing stakeholders, prioritizing roadmaps, and driving analytics/AI product delivery.

The role requires leading Data and AI product vision, backlog management, and cross-functional collaboration with data scientists, engineers, and external partners to scale AI solutions across markets.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in product management, ideally in data/AI.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe).
• Solid technical understanding of AI methods and data infrastructure.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with Python, SQL, ML frameworks, and MLOps platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Develop a clear product vision for Data and AI products aligned with corporate strategy.
• Build and maintain a Data and AI product backlog.
• Define and manage roadmaps for Data and AI products.
• Identify and prioritize high-impact business use cases.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders.
• Scale successful Data and AI products across markets or business units.
