Volkswagen Group Digital Solutions [Portugal] is seeking a hands-on Product Owner who can also act as a Data Scientist to translate business needs into data-driven analytics and AI products. You will manage roadmaps, backlogs, and align with stakeholders across the organization, working closely with data scientists, engineers, and external partners.

The role requires strong communication, knowledge of Python and SQL, and familiarity with ML frameworks.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in product management, ideally in data/AI
• Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe)
• A solid technical understanding of AI methods and data infrastructure
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with Python, SQL, ML frameworks, and MLOps platforms
• Great English skills, both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and own the product vision for Data and AI applications
• Build and maintain a Data and AI product backlog
• Define and manage roadmaps for Data and AI products
• Identify and prioritize high-impact use cases
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders
• Facilitate workshops for ideation and requirements gathering
• Communicate product progress to stakeholders
• Ensure governance and data protection compliance
• Scale successful Data and AI products across markets
