The Bosch Group is seeking an AI Product Owner to drive data-driven, AI-powered solutions that deliver measurable value. You will bridge business stakeholders and technical teams, shaping product vision and translating needs into actionable requirements in an agile, international setting.

In this role you will define the roadmap, prioritize features based on ROI, monitor success metrics, and ensure the voice of the customer is heard across cross-functional teams. English proficiency required.

Qualificações

• Degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems or comparable field.
• Experience as Product Owner in software development projects.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Experience with AI, data-driven, or digital solutions is a strong plus.

Responsabilidades

• Define and evolve the product vision and roadmap with stakeholders and developers.
• Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements for teams.
• Prioritize features based on business value, feasibility, and ROI.
• Define success metrics and monitor AI solution performance.
• Act as the voice of the customer to ensure user-centric solutions.
• Facilitate collaboration across business, design, and development teams in an agile setup.
