Volkswagen Group Digital Solutions Portugal is seeking a Data & Analytics leader to define strategy with governance measures and drive platform enablement for use case delivery. You will roadmap resources, manage backlogs, and align with stakeholders across the business.

The role requires strong analytics, IT project management experience, and excellence in communication with international teams. Remote-friendly, with emphasis on collaboration across diverse cultures.

Qualificações

• Academic background in Computer Science, Business Administration or other similar areas.
• Proven experience in analytics and IT project management.
• Strong knowledge of data governance topics.

Responsabilidades

• Elaborate a Data & Analytics strategy and governance measures via scoped and prioritized projects with Business representatives.
• Drive the planning, structuring, prioritization and management of the platform enablement for use case delivery.
• Design platform roadmap, allocate resources, and manage use case backlog in close alignment with stakeholders.
• Define onboarding trainings of Data & Analytics specific roles.
• Develop and execute project plans with the Hub Business Data & Analytics representatives.
