Linde Saude in Lisbon/Porto or Barcelona seeks a Senior Data Lead to own data governance and the end-to-end data platform across Europe. You will drive the data & AI transformation roadmap, define standards, and guide multi-country architecture decisions.

The role requires hands-on Databricks/Spark work, Python/SQL, and GDPR-aligned data handling, with leadership of cross-functional teams and budgets. English fluency is essential; Portuguese/Spanish language skills are a plus.

Qualificações

• 8+ years in data architecture and data engineering delivering enterprise platforms.
• Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Engineering, Applied Mathematics, informatics, or related field.
• 3+ years hands-on Databricks/Spark/Delta in production (lakehouse patterns).
• Experience establishing governance and access controls; familiarity with HL7 v2 / FHIR is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own Data Governance and Data Process framework for Homecare Europe, including definition, implementation and operational management of the Data Platform across countries.
• Lead multi-year Data & AI transformation roadmap for Homecare RSW, overseeing prioritization and architecture evolution.
• Define target lakehouse architecture and phased roadmap for onboarding priority sources and delivering governed data products (Databricks-first).
• Build ingestion and transformation pipelines in Databricks using Python/PySpark and SQL (Delta Lake).
• Set engineering standards for CI/CD, testing, monitoring and runbooks; provide knowledge transfer.
