Quadrante in Portugal is looking for a Project Manager - Data & Analytics to lead data initiatives across our engineering and analytics teams. You will shape project scope, timelines and deliverables while coordinating internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure on-time value delivery.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Information Management, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• 5+ years in project management, including leading data/analytics teams.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid PM methods.
• Experience with PM tools: Jira, MS Project, Confluence, or similar.
• Strong SQL, Python, or equivalent languages (mandatory).
• Experience with Power BI (mandatory).
• Knowledge of Sage, Salesforce, and SAP is valued.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.
• Analytical mindset, autonomy, and results-oriented.
• Advanced English (mandatory). Knowledge of Spanish valued.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage data and analytics projects from planning to delivery, overseeing the data analytics team.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate the data analytics team, including data analysts and external partners, ensuring alignment on priorities and deadlines.
• Monitor project progress, risks, and budget, ensuring alignment with defined goals.
• Ensure effective communication between the data team and business stakeholders, translating business needs into data requirements.
• Oversee data quality standards, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reliability of information delivered by the team.
• Guarantee documentation, governance, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
