Volkswagen Group Digital Solutions [Portugal] is seeking a senior Data & Analytics lead to shape the data strategy, govern governance measures, and drive prioritized projects with business representatives.

You will plan and manage platform enablement for use-case delivery, design roadmaps, allocate resources, and keep stakeholder alignment. Excellent English and a strong background in analytics and IT project management are essential.

Qualificações

• Academic background in Computer Science or Business Administration.
• Proven experience in analytics and IT project management.
• Strong knowledge in data governance topics and stakeholder communication.
• Excellent English (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Elaborate a Data & Analytics strategy and governance measures via scoped and prioritized projects with Business representatives.
• Drive the planning, structuring, prioritization and management of the platform enablement for use case delivery.
• Design platform roadmap, allocate resources, and manage use case backlog in close alignment with stakeholders.
• Define and initiate onboarding trainings of Data & Analytics specific roles.
• Develop and execute project plans with the Hub Business Data & Analytics representatives.

What You Will Bring

• Academic background in Computer Science, Business Administration or other similar areas;
• Proven experience working on similar roles;
• Strong experience in Analytics and IT project management & Use Case portfolio management;
• Strong knowledge in data governance topics;
• Strong analytical skills and solution-oriented thinking;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
• Very good English skills, both written and spoken.
