Job summary

Siemens Energy seeks a Senior Architect to lead Microsoft Power Platform, Fabric and AI-powered analytics. You will shape platform strategy, governance, and architecture, driving secure, scalable solutions and strong adoption across the enterprise.

You will mentor teams, manage ALM/DevSecOps, and coordinate with Microsoft and internal stakeholders to maximize business value. Hybrid Portugal-based role with international impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree or higher in CS/IT or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years designing and governing enterprise-scale low-code, automation, data, analytics, or AI platforms.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Power Platform and Fabric.
• Experience with SAP, ServiceNow, and Azure services.
• Fluent English; Portuguese is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute platform strategy and architecture for Power Platform and Fabric.
• Governance, security, and data protection across environments.
• Lead platform operations, ALM, DevSecOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Mentor architects and developers globally.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and partners like Microsoft.
