Job summary

Vodafone is seeking a CVM Performance & Insights Analyst in Portugal to monitor campaign and commercial KPIs, evaluate A/B tests, and translate data into clear, actionable recommendations that influence business decisions. You will identify drivers of performance changes and support optimization across the customer lifecycle.

The role works with existing dashboards and SQL-based analysis, requiring strong analytical thinking and collaboration with stakeholders to shape targeting and engagement

Qualifications

• Degree in Management, Economy, Math, Engineering or Data Science.
• Analytical and critical thinking with the ability to move from data to recommendation.
• Experience in performance analysis, business analytics, marketing analytics or CVM/CRM analytics.
• Ability to communicate insights clearly and influence decision‑making.
• Experience interpreting dashboards and analytical outputs.
• SQL – Mandatory; experience with Google BigQuery is a plus.

The CVM Performance & Insights Analyst is responsible for monitoring commercial and campaign performance, evaluating A/B tests and personalization initiatives, and translating data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations that influence business decisions.This role focuses on understanding why performance changes, identifying key drivers, and supporting optimization of targeting, offers and customer engagement strategies across the customer lifecycle. The analyst works on top of existing data foundations and dashboards, using deep analytical thinking and SQL-based analysis when required to inform decisions.
