Job summary

Usercentrics ищет опытного аналитика данных для поддержки стратегических решений в глобальной команде. Требуется владение SQL и Python, умение работать с BI-инструментами (PowerBI/Looker) и англ. языком. Работа в гибридном формате с акцентом на влияние на бизнес и эффективность процессов.

Вы будете сотрудничать с руководством и кросс-функциональными командами, формировать аналитическую дорожную карту и предоставлять действенные инсайты, ориентированные на рост и оптимизацию затрат.

Qualifications

• Требуется бакалавр в количественной области или эквивалентный опыт.
• Опыт 5+ лет в SaaS/B2B и в аналитике данных, с использованием SQL/Python и визуализации.
• 2+ года в SaaS B2B приветствуются.
• Знакомство с инструментами ИИ (Claude) для ускорения анализа.
• Свободное владение английским языком.

Responsibilities

• Сотрудничать с бизнес-заинтересованными лицами, продуктовой и технической командами для определения задач и их решения на основе данных.
• Разрабатывать аналитические методологии для ответов на стратегические бизнес-вопросы.

• Partner with our business stakeholders, product and tech teams to define complex and ambiguous problems and solve them with data
• Develop innovative analytical methodologies to answer strategic business questions across the organization that helps us become more data-driven
• Relentlessly challenge the status quo and uncover business patterns in our processes to drive efficiency, speed, quality, and cost savings
• Demonstrated success working with executives at the most senior levels, developing an analytics roadmap, and providing recommendations that direct business strategy and achieve high impact results

Требования:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience ideally in a quantitative field (Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, etc.)
• Background in strategy consulting and/or tech scale ups, SaaS 5+ years of work experience in SQL/Python and data visualization & business intelligence tools (ideally PowerBI, Looker or Omni analytics) to communicate business insights using data
• 2+ years in SaaS B2B preferred
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude to support data exploration, drafting analyses, and speeding up day-to-day analytical tasks
• Intellectually curious, high energy, and strong work ethic; passionate about working with, normalizing, and synthesizing large amounts of data into actionable insights
• Process-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to identify and succinctly summarize roadblocks and constraints, propose potential solutions, and drive towards resolution
• Fluency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills
