CloserHire in Lisbon is seeking an on-site Technical Customer Support professional for a Danish + English speaking role in a Search Engine project. You will handle customer and technical inquiries within a structured BPO environment, with a fixed Mon-Fri schedule (08:00–17:00) and relocation support available for candidates moving from abroad.

Start date is 3 Sept. Native Danish and strong English, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and comfort with customer/technical support

Qualificações

• Native/Fluent Danish and good English (B2+)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable in customer support/technical support environment

Responsabilidades

• Handle customer and technical support inquiries in a structured BPO environment.
• On-site role in Lisbon with fixed Monday–Friday schedule (08:00–17:00).
• Assist customers with technical issues and guide them to resolution.
• Learn and use company systems quickly to support service delivery.
