CloserHire in Lisbon is seeking an on-site Technical Customer Support professional for a Danish + English speaking role in a Search Engine project. You will handle customer and technical inquiries within a structured BPO environment, with a fixed Mon-Fri schedule (08:00–17:00) and relocation support available for candidates moving from abroad.

Start date is 3 Sept. Native Danish and strong English, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and comfort with customer/technical support

Responsabilidades

• Handle customer and technical support inquiries in a structured BPO environment.

• Learn and use company systems quickly to support service delivery.

Your Profile

• Computer literate with ability to learn systems quickly
• Customer service or technical support experience considered a plus.

What Is Offered

• Up to €120 performance bonus
• 7.63 per day net meal allowance

Relocation

• Relocation coming from abroad: room in shared apartment for max 12 months - rent of €280, utitlies and bills included. discounted directly from payslip. Relocation wtihin PT: no accomodation !!!From 1st of December 2025 onwards, flight ticket reimbursement will no longer be provided.
