WW Talents is seeking a Danish-speaking Customer Support Agent to join an international team in Greece. You will handle chat and email inquiries from content creators and partners, resolving account issues and monetization questions while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

The role requires native or near-native Danish and fluent English, strong written communication, and solid computer skills. On-site in Athens with relocation support and onboarding training are offered.

• Support inquiries related to monetization, account recovery, and partner programs.
• Handle appeals regarding content removals and channel suspensions.
• Answer questions about channel performance, subscriber growth, and analytics.
• Manage approximately 20–25 customer cases per day while maintaining high-quality service.
• Accurately document customer interactions.
• Continuously learn new tools, products, and processes.

About the Role

As a Danish-Speaking Customer Support Agent, you will support business customers using one of the world's leading online video platforms. You'll assist content creators and monetized partners with account management, technical troubleshooting, monetization inquiries, and platform-related questions while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

This is a chat and email support role only—no phone support is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer support via chat and email.
• Assist customers with account settings, content management, and technical troubleshooting.
• Support inquiries related to monetization, account recovery, and partner programs.
• Handle appeals regarding content removals and channel suspensions.
• Answer questions about channel performance, subscriber growth, and analytics.
• Manage approximately 20–25 customer cases per day while maintaining high-quality service.
• Accurately document customer interactions.
• Continuously learn new tools, products, and processes.

What We're Looking For

• Native or near-native Danish (C1 preferred).
• Fluent English (C1).
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Strong computer literacy and internet navigation skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute with 85% accuracy.
• Previous customer support experience is an advantage but not required.
• Knowledge of Google Ads is considered a plus.

Salary & Benefits

• Gross Monthly Salary: €1,500x14month
• Performance Bonus of up to 20% of the gross monthly salary, based on target achievement.

Relocation Package

Working Schedule

• Full-time position.
• Monday to Friday.
• Occasional weekend shifts based on business needs.
• Rotating shifts between 08:00 and 20:00.
