WW Talents is seeking a Danish-speaking Customer Support Agent to assist content creators and monetized partners for a leading online video platform. You will manage account queries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a high-quality customer experience from Greece.

The role is remote within Greece, full-time, with relocation support and a structured onboarding and training program. Expect rotating shifts and ongoing coaching in a multicultural environment.

Qualificações

• Native or near-native Danish (C1 preferred).
• Fluent English (C1).
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Strong computer literacy and internet navigation skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional customer support.
• Handle inquiries via phone and chat, delivering comprehensive support.
• Accurately document customer interactions.
