FH Collective Academy is hiring a Danish-speaking Customer Service representative for a stable remote position based in Portugal. Candidates must have a native or C2 level in Danish, with good English skills (B2+). Responsibilities include assisting Danish-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat, ensuring their inquiries are resolved effectively. The role offers a fully remote schedule from Monday to Friday with a gross salary of €1500 per month plus bonuses. A six-month contract is offered, starting June 4, 2026.

Qualificações

• Must be a native or C2 level Danish speaker.
• Good command of English at B2+ level.
• Must reside in Portugal, as relocation support is not provided.
