The Bosch Group, Inc. in Lisbon is seeking a Danish-speaking Customer Service Specialist to handle written and phone inquiries about digital topics and vehicle apps. You will be the first contact for challenges with booked services, presenting solutions in 1st or 2nd level support.

You will forward technical issues to the appropriate departments and advise customers on the digital product portfolio, requiring strong Danish and English skills and a customer-oriented mindset.

Qualificações

• Customer-oriented, responsible and communicative.
• Working method: professional, independent, reliable, service- and solution-oriented.
• Experience in customer service in the automotive sector, quick perception and secure handling of information technologies, also with ticketing tools.
• Danish language skills at native speaker level in written and spoken in combination with good knowledge of English.
• Training: no specific training required.

Responsabilidades

• Taking responsibility: On behalf of your client, you will handle customer enquiries in writing and by telephone in Danish.
• Think comprehensively: you are the first contact for challenges with booked services and present solutions in 1st or 2nd level support.
• Implement reliably: forwarding technical issues to the appropriate departments and advising customers on the digital product portfolio.
