Eugenia Talent is seeking a Danish-speaking Customer Success Executive for a full-time, hybrid position in Lisbon. You will engage with customers in Danish and English, handle inquiries, and drive upsells while collaborating across teams to meet client needs.

This role emphasizes relationship building, excellent communication, and acting as a brand ambassador in a dynamic leisure industry environment.

Qualificações

• Fluent level of Danish and advanced English required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
• Experience in Customer Service or Hospitality valued.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate with customers via phone, email, Skype and chat.
• Maintain partnerships and use upselling opportunities wisely.
• Provide knowledgeable answers about product, pricing and availability.
• Record specific details and ensure actions on each case.
• Work with internal departments to meet customer needs.
• Data entry in various platforms.
• Upselling and cross-selling techniques.
• Ensure all clients are aware of the companys innovations.
• Be an ambassador for the company.
