CTR in Portugal seeks a Senior Engineer for our New Product Development team. You will design control units and lead packaging design activities to develop manufacturable products, ensuring quality and regulatory alignment.

Responsibilities include coordinating tasks, managing technical requests, creating documentation, and driving process improvements. Strong DFMEA/PFMEA, SAP and Office 365 proficiency are required.

Qualificações

• Engineering degree required.
• 2–4 years in similar responsibilities.
• Deep understanding of the scientific or technical field related to the company's products.
• Knowledgeable in DFMEA and PFMEA.
• Proficient with SAP.
• Skilful in Office 365.
• Good communication skills.
• Customer driven.
• Creative with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Thinks and acts decisively and works well in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Leads and coordinates tasks for product configuration and packaging design activities, according to company standards, meeting customer expectations and timelines.
• Manages internal and external technical requests, design issues, design project schedule, risk prediction and mitigation.
• Ensures creation of technical documentation and correct approval flow, by defining packaging design and process flow, choice of materials, validation tests, and process control plans to develop manufacturable and reliable products.
• Contribute to improvement and implementation of manufacturing process, conducting and documenting tests.
