• Define and execute the commercial strategy for the Portuguese market.
• Lead, develop, and motivate the sales team towards high performance.
• Achieve and exceed revenue, margin, and growth targets.
• Develop strategic relationships with clients and partners.
• Manage the sales pipeline and sales forecasting.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Presales, and Delivery teams.
• Collaborate with Thales and BLs and Sales teams in other countries to identify and execute new opportunities.
