Job summary

Analyze security requirements and constraints to develop high-level, compliant security architectures;
Lead the design and technical development of security components such as SIEM, IAM, gateways, and detection/deception systems;
Ensure architectural solutions align with business policies and major cybersecurity frameworks (e.G. NIST, ISO);
Conduct risk assessments, study alternative solutions, and justify architectural choices;
Coordinate technical security efforts across multidisciplinary teams;
Produce architecture and engineering reports, specifications, and documentation to support accreditation and certification processes;
Collaborate with cyber suppliers and vendors to assess and select appropriate security products;
Support pre-sale and sales activities by providing cybersecurity expertise for bids and proposals;
Translate customer security requirements into actionable delivery plans.

What We're Looking For:

Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline majoring in Cybersecurity;
3+ years of proven experience in the Cybersecurity field;
Strong knowledge in Cybersecurity solutions (e.G. IAM, PAM, SIEM, EDR, Keys, Firewall), architecture design and integration;
Knowledge of Systems Engineering Lifecycle and relevant standards (eg. ISO/IEC15288);
Experience in vulnerability management and threat modelling;
Sound judgement and independent decision‐making capability where necessary;
Very good written and oral proficiency in English (mandatory) Availability to travel abroad. Nice to Have:

Postgraduate studies in Cybersecurity;
Cyber Industry qualifications (e.G. CISSP, CompTIA Security+, CCNA Security, GIAC, SABSA or similar);
Experience in system hardening and hardening review based on CIS Benchmarks or DISA STIG frameworks;
Knowledge of ISO 27001 foundational requirements;
Experience in ATM Domain and related standards (eg. ICAO, Eurocontrol, or safety critical systems).
