QiBit is seeking a Cybersecurity Coordinator to join the team of a reference company in the football sector. You will define and drive the cybersecurity strategy, maintain ISO 27001 certification, and lead a 12-month roadmap with budget oversight.

You will coordinate external security partners, oversee policies, manage incidents, ensure BC/DR, and monitor threats. Fluent Portuguese and strong English are required, with extensive leadership experience.

Qualificações

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity or similar.
• 8+ years in cybersecurity, with 3+ years in coordinating/leadership roles.
• Proven ISO 27001 implementation/maintenance experience.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor, CEH.
• Strong knowledge of risk management, IT governance, network architecture.
• Experience managing security service providers (SOC, SIEM, pentesting).
• Ability to communicate technical risks to non-technical audiences clearly.
• Strategic profile with business acumen and budget justification skills.
• Fluency in Portuguese and good knowledge of English.

Responsabilidades

• Define and lead the cybersecurity strategy aligned with organisational objectives and digital transformation plan.
• Maintain ISO 27001 certification through audits, risk analyses and risk treatment plans.
• Manage the cybersecurity roadmap (12 months), priorities and budget.
• Coordinate external suppliers and partners (SOC, pentesting, consultancy).
• Oversee information security policies, access control, incident management, BC/DR.
• Monitor threat landscape and ensure defenses are up to date and tested.
• Report to Technology Department and Executive Board on maturity, risks and mitigations.
• Promote security culture via training, awareness and internal comms.
• Ensure GDPR and data protection compliance.
