Sysmatch is seeking a CyberSecurity Architect to lead security architecture in Lisbon. The role focuses on defining and enforcing information security policies, configuring log management, and coordinating SOC-related activities in SIEM environments. Strong experience with UBA/NBA tools and endpoint security is required.

You will work with modern security tooling in a dynamic team, contributing to robust, scalable client solutions and benefiting from ongoing training and professional development.

Technical skills

• High ability to define and structure the Company's Information Security Policy
• Ability to define and implement log collection, storage and treatment policies in complex application environments
• Competence to define the policy and monitor its execution, associated with a Security Operations Center – SOC service in SIEM IBM-QRADAR
• Experience in managing UBA tools – User Behavior Analysis (Microsoft Defender) and NBA – Network Behavior Analysis (Darktrace)
• Knowledge of managing MDM and Endpoint Security tools (e.G. Crowdstrike, TrendMicro)
• Knowledge of the ISO 27001 standard
• Experience in vulnerability management (Tennable.Io)
• Knowledge of CI/CD application development processes
• Experience in performing Penetration testing to identify security flaws
• Experience investigating and correlating operational logs and events to determine the cause of security incidents
• Forensic analysis capabilities and making recommendations for mitigation measures in the context of security incidents
