QiBit is seeking a Cybersecurity Coordinator to join the team of a reference company in the football sector. You will define and drive the cybersecurity strategy, maintain ISO 27001 certification, and lead a 12-month roadmap with budget oversight.

You will coordinate external security partners, oversee policies, manage incidents, ensure BC/DR, and monitor threats. Fluent Portuguese and strong English are required, with extensive leadership experience.

Qualificações

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity or similar.
• 8+ years in cybersecurity, with 3+ years in coordinating/leadership roles.
• Proven ISO 27001 implementation/maintenance experience.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor, CEH.
• Strong knowledge of risk management, IT governance, network architecture.
• Experience managing security service providers (SOC, SIEM, pentesting).
• Ability to communicate technical risks to non-technical audiences clearly.
• Strategic profile with business acumen and budget justification skills.
• Fluency in Portuguese and good knowledge of English.

We are looking for an Cybersecurity Coordinator to join the team of our client - a reference company in the football sector.

What will be your main tasks and responsibilities?

• Define and lead the cybersecurity strategy in line with organisational objectives and the digital transformation plan.
• Ensure the continuity and development of the ISO 27001 certification process, including internal audits, risk analysis and risk treatment plans.
• Manage the cybersecurity roadmap (12 months), setting priorities, milestones and the budget.
• Coordinate external suppliers and partners in the security field (SOC, penetration testing, compliance consultancy).
• Oversee information security policies, access control to systems and technological infrastructure, incident management, business continuity and disaster recovery.
• Monitor the threat landscape and ensure that the organisation's defences are up to date and tested.
• Report regularly to the Technology Department and the Executive Board on the state of maturity, risks and mitigation plans.
• Promote a culture of security within the organisation through training, awareness-raising and internal communication.
• Ensure compliance with the GDPR and other applicable regulations regarding data protection and security.

What is required from you?

• A degree in Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, Information Systems or similar fields.
• At least 8 years' experience in cybersecurity, including at least 3 years in a coordinating or leadership role.
• Proven experience in implementing or maintaining information security management systems (ISO 27001).
• Relevant certifications are highly valued: CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor, CEH or equivalent.
• Solid knowledge of risk management, IT governance, network architecture and application security.
• Experience in managing security service providers (SOC, SIEM, pentesting).
• Ability to communicate technical risks to non-technical audiences clearly and objectively.
• Strategic profile with business acumen, capable of prioritising investments and justifying budgets.
• Fluency in Portuguese and a good knowledge of English.

In accordance with Directive (EU) 2023/970, the starting basic salary for this role is €52,000 gross per year. In addition, there is a meal allowance, health insurance and other benefits.
