VW Group Digital Solutions [Portugal] is seeking an experienced IAM leader to own and evolve a globally deployed IAM platform. You will guide cross-functional teams across security, operations, and development, aligning IAM roadmaps with business goals and regulatory requirements.

The role emphasizes governance, risk management, and continuous improvement, with a focus on audits and stakeholder communication in a dynamic, multinational environment.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience managing IAM systems in a global enterprise environment.
• Strong understanding of IAM principles, standards, and technologies.
• Excellent leadership and coordination skills to manage cross-functional teams.
• Ability to assess and prioritize technical and strategic initiatives effectively.
• Familiarity with audit processes and requirements, particularly in regulated industries.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.

Responsabilidades

• Take ownership of a globally deployed IAM system and maintain its standards.
• Review and continuously improve IAM standards and guidelines.
• Define and execute the IAM roadmap in alignment with business and security needs.
• Manage and coordinate both operations and development teams for seamless delivery.
• Review and approve change requests, including thorough validation of test documentation.
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize IAM-related topics and projects.
• Act as the primary contact for audit-related inquiries, including financial and compliance audits.

You’ll be focused in

• Taking ownership of a globally deployed IAM system and maintaining its standards.

About the team

The Cyber Defense Center ensures the protection of confidential data, integrity of systems, and availability of information assets for MAN Truck & Bus, our customers, and suppliers. The team is also responsible for safeguarding critical information across all business processes, ensuring the foundation of secure operations across MAN Truck & Bus products and services.
